Training Schedule

At the moment we train 2 times a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The training sessions will be given at the side of the football field of Sports Center de Bongerd near the wooden construction. We gather at the Oak, do a warming up of 30 minutes, climb for around 45 and end the training with a small game.

Training times:

  • Tuesday 18:00 – 19:30
  • Thursday 20:00 – 21:30

Dress code:

  • Sturdy sport shoes
  • Long running tights
