Training Info

WOEST trains twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The training sessions will be given at the side of the football field of Sports Center de Bongerd near the wooden construction. We gather at the Oak, do a warming up of 30 minutes, climb for around 45 and end the training with a small game.

If you are eager to try out survivalrunning and are curious what WOEST is all about, you are very welcome to join us at training sometime! For people with sports rights at the Bongerd, we have intro trainings on Tuesdays at 18:00 in week 1 and week 5 of every period. For enrolling, you only need to fill in this form. All the info you need to join the intro training is in the forms. The trainings are escpecially set up for beginners, so no worries if you are completely new to the sport!
For those without sports rights, there are the sportsrights free weeks organized by SWU Thymos. These take place right after the AID, in september and february. We will organize both introduction trainings and more fun activities after training, for you to get to know WOEST. summer: 20:00 – 21:30
winter (from 31 october onwards): 18:00 – 19:30
