Training Info

WOEST trains twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The training sessions will be given at the side of the football field of Sports Center de Bongerd near the wooden construction. We gather at the Oak, do a warming up of 30 minutes, climb for around 45 and end the training with a small game.

If you are new to survivalrunning or WOEST, join us at the oak for a training!
In september and february, during the sportsright-free weeks, we have introduction trainings set up especially for beginners and more activities to get to know WOEST.
